The Washingtons
RICH • MATURE • GENERATIONAL TRAUMA
After inheiriting her fathers wealth Janette Washington knew it was time to build her own empire upon his grave. No one would ever remember him, his knighthood, or his "son." She opened her first distilery in 1706. Washington's Whiskey grew to be the most recognizable brand of hard liquor in the United Kingdom. Janette and her wife, Élodie, had five sons in the meantime, though only three would make it past the age of twenty-five. Aaron Washington, the eldest, is set to inheirit his mother's empire.
The Sokolovskys
Regicide • Mature • bolshevik
After centuries of rule, the Sokolovsky family had nearly completely died out. All that remained was Tsar Alexei and Tsesarevich Ivan. The incompetent Tsar Alexei was killed in 1914. It was suspected to be by the leaders of the newly rising communist leaders. Alexei's eldest son, Ivan, was now in charge. But his first order of business was to promptly shatter the monarchary into bits in the wind, allowing for unrest to grown even stronger. Tsar Ivan, though now now just a seemingly regular citizen, supported the bolsheviks through the Russian Civil War. But nobody heard much from the Sokolovsky's after that.
The Crespos
Familial Seperation • TEEN • ADDICTION
Manuel Crespo was determined to break the cycle set generations ago by his own father. He would be present in his childrens lives. He would be the most active, loving parent that anyone could imagine. And he certainly tried. Manuel had many, many children, and while he loved them all to bits... there is only one Manuel. And he was a single father! Manuel had long since negelected his lifelong love, Enéas Machado. And while that relationship was eventually salvaged, the same could not be said for one of his most rebellious children, Óscar. Manuel has not seen Óscar in over a hundred years. And Manuel can't help but wonder if he was truly at fault for his sons disappearance.

All other characters • Various Ratings
For all the lovely original characters without an interconnected family unit. Some of my favorite characters of all time are in this folder! Some have family to speak of, others don't, and others still have a found family. It all depends on the specific story.
The Jacksons
Sibling Bonds • Teen • Misunderstandings
Garrett, Wilbur, and Chandler Jackson were young themselves when they took in three little boys. They were only teenagers, and the three boys were all under the age of ten. But they made do. It wasn't easy, it was very difficult, in fact. But it all worked itself out eventually. Now adults, the boys are brothers in all but blood. They look out for each other, and support each other while in need. Sometimes, that's what it takes to survive. Wilbur hasn't been seen in a long time, and Louis was only recently found again after going missing for decades. They have dreams. Some impossible. To be happy, to be famous, to find love. Maybe it would do good to talk it out.
The Peachys
Familial Wealth • Mature • Swamps
In the 1725, Scottish immigrant Hamish Peachy arrived in Alabama. Originally just a poor man living in the swamps, Hamish grew a bustling farming industry and town around his platation. Hamish was so integral to the area that they named the platation, which was now the size of a village, "Hamish" in his honor. Now in the year 1889, Hamish's descendants have made many poor choices. Five major families have grown into the most powerful in the area. The previously mentioned Peachy's, the Roberts', the Green's, the Victoa's, and the Blackwell's. But from outlaws returning to terrorize the town, and uncle's that live in the swamp outside of town, Hamish, Alabama has never been a more interesting place to live.
