PAYMENT PROCESS/INFO
- i only accept paypal for outsiders and PIX for brazilians. i also accept nitro, steam games or robux.
- Payment is in advance, but you can ask to see the process (sketch or line art) and request minor modifications. feel free to ask.
- Work on the product will not commence until payment has been received.
WORKING PROCESS
- NEED a reference or a art showing the pallete CLEARLY. i have preference with fullbody art-references.
- i take a week or two to finish depending on how busy i am, but normally that's the time limit (If it happens to exceed that time, feel free to charge me.)
- if for some reason the client starts with harassment, i will CANCEL and the money will stay with me.
IMAGE USAGE
- DO NOT feed my art to AI datasets, training tools, or blockchain-related technology (NFTs).
- i agree with the right of using my art for personal or comercial use, but please credit if possible.
- the customer can edit small details (eye colour, etc) but not redraw the whole piece.
REFUND POLICY
- Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.
- I don't accept refunds, so please think carefully before buying.
- Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.
