It's actually pretty easy!

Go into settings, select folders, then select the folder you want the image to be on.

There's an option to put code, down at the bottom of the page. That's where you put the image you want! 

As for the images themselves, I usually find them on pinterest by searching "Banner" or like "twitter banner" and you get images with the right dimensions (long width, short height. Landscape style)
