•General•
~ Do NOT under ANY circumstances delete artwork made by me unless talking to me directly first, this is a way to keep my art organized and that it doesn’t just get lost, if you feel uncomfortable with an nsfw art I have made of an oc you own please let me know so I can repurpose it (this goes with any of my art that you wish to remove wether it be sketches or full art)

if you fail to contact me about deleting art I’ve made this will result in an immediate black list.

~ If i block and/or black list you DO NOT try and find me on an alt account to contact me, i blocked you for a reason and i have the full right to keep that reason private. i know this seems silly to put here but way too many people have done this to me and it makes me super uncomfordable.

~ please don’t dm me if you intend to start drama, please make sure you know about a full situation before contacting me, it is completely okay if you come to ask me questions about a situation but if you just contact me and start assuming things I am going to get defensive because I do not handle confrontation well

•Trades•

~ Trading an oc with me means you have read and accepted the tos~

1. If you revive an oc in a _Trade_ from me do not sell that oc for any irl currency unless art is added
2. If offering art the art must be completed within 1 month unless discussed other wise 
3. I DO NOT ACCEPT HOLDS OR PAYMENT PLANS 
4. Failure to pay after 24 hours will result in the oc being put back up for offers
5. I don’t do co-ownership of my characters 
6. All traded ocs and sales are final (unless trade back is discussed) 
7. If I ask you to inform me if a character is sold when I trade/sell them to you please do so if I ask that means I still have an attachment to the oc and will offer for it back 
8. I have the right to decline any offer for any reason 

•Commissions•

~by commissioning me means you have read and agreed to my tos~

1. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason 
2. Commissions will take 1 month Max please be patient with me 
3. I will show a sketch and then you pay, I will not continue the commission if payment has not be completed 
4. I am not perfect, I cannot perfectly redraw your ocs design (I will not purposely butcher your characters design) 
5. All commission sales are final and will not be refunded unless I am unable to complete the commission 
6. I try my best to keep people updated however I will give a max of 2 progress screenshots and please do not hound me for an update
7. Please credit me for any and all design I make wether it be through designer credits or creation of character on the profile of said oc 
8. I have the right to revoke any artwork I create for any reason as long as I provide equal payment back to the original commission or current owner of the oc 

•Blacklist•

~my black list is subject to change at any point in time please keep this in mind~ 

1. I have every right to Blacklist anyone for any reason I see fit
2. Do not attack anyone in my black list
3. Do not sell/trade/gift any design of mine to black listed personele 
4. Any other oc you get from me is fine unless I specifically request otherwise 
5. Doing numbers 3/4 will result in a Blacklist
