Feel free to look through folders, if they have a price that are automatically For Sale. 

If they do not have a price- ask if they may be haggled on. 

Some characters are automatically off-limits (IE: Socks, Pickles, Elliot, etc, and Most of the WoW folder) That doesn't mean you can't ask.
