How my adopts work is that they are put as an OTA base price of whatever I feel is reasonable for the design. Over time that price may drop and be discounted. HOWEVER, once the adopt reaches $2 OTA, that is the lowest it will go and it is subject to being raffled in either my private server (https://discord.gg/dgazuGJUjV) or in other art servers, Or it may be put in the free bin. Adopt design raffles will NOT be held on Toyhouse they are only on discord
