Riggles's Terms of Service for Digital Art Commissions and Character Adoptables

I do not use Twitter, Ameno, or other social media and art platforms at this time.
Commissions
- I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions.
- Full payment is due prior to the start of a commission.
- After I begin work on a commission, only partial refunds will be provided upon request based on the percent of completion.
- No refunds will be given after completion of commission.
- Time for completion will be dependent on size of commission. Request an estimate at time of purchase.
- Commissioned art is for personal use only and shall not be used for commercial purposes.
- Maximum of 3 revisions included with commissions. A fee will be charged for additional changes. No major changes will be made after approval of a sketch.
- Do not alter my art.
Character Adopts
- A ToyHouse account is required in order to adopt my character designs. (I can provide a code if needed.)
- I reserve the right to decline offers.
- Do not edit or delete offers without notifying me.
- Characters are not intended for commercial use. Extra fees may be discussed for commercial usage.
- Characters will only be transferred via Toyhouse from my account with the username “RigglesDoodles” to ensure accurate ownership is tracked.
- Do not delete a character profile I have created. I will not verify ownership of characters if their profile was deleted and recreated.
- I will not make customs that are replicas of existing characters or OCs.
- Do not alter adopted character images without permission.
- You are allowed to sell adopts from me for any reasonable amount with the exception of some free characters:
- Free characters gained as prizes in a contest may be sold for any reasonable amount as long as you created a piece of art or writing to win it. Sell price should be reasonable and comparable to other designs I’ve created. Do not over-inflate value due to traits/species.
- Free characters gained from raffles, requests, or other means in which you did not have to put time into creating an entry may not be sold for real life currency unless additional art has been added. In the event of an emergency, you can contact me to valuate the character.
Payment
- USD payments will be made via Venmo or PayPal invoicing.
- You have 24 hours to complete payment after an offer or commission is accepted.
- Holds will only be accepted for offers over $50 on only if requested prior offering. AKA Do not make an offer with a hold before asking!!
- Holds longer than 1 week require partial payment when the offer is accepted.
Art payments
- Owed art must be completed in the time frame noted in offer requirements for character adopts or agreed on timeframe.
- A full resolution image of the completed art payment must be provided via Toyhouse, Discord or email. Sending completed images via Instagram will not be accepted.
