terms of service - Artwork
Within these pages and halls here lies the way of will for all that I work or may do upon. None of these are subject to physical objects such as props, crafted or tangible 3D objects. All of the words located on this page are for prints, artwork, and or things made to illustrate characters or creations.
these terms were last updated July, 30th, 2021 (last update: April, 15th, 2021).
All TOS is subject to change if it is in need to be done!
Quotes
- All of my quotes are based on a chart I have made up within my site, I will have a copy of it here as well.
- If making a quote, you do not need to be committed however once committed that price is firm!
Payment Process
- Payment must be half upfront, however refusal to pay will lead to your custom being eaten by the fuzzy void named Milliena — (that being said, it's a joke), but the position will renew.
Working Process
- As I work I will not share any W.I.P.s (works in progress) to ANYONE within the exception of the paying party a.k.a commission holder.
- Compiling on to the above: NEVER share or post W.I.P.s outside of messages, emails or other ways of contact without the permission of the user themselves. - I have arthritis; artwork depending on details can take up to a week or two! Normal time I work in can range from 2 to 4 days.
- All images are drawn traditionally on paper! By doing this it makes it easier on for me to keep an original copy as well as redraw a final digitally! Most of the work can be done traditionally unless I lack the colors.
- Final Product does not have a watermark when sent to the patron! (You will be allowed to keep a watermark one for yourself as well)
Image Usage
- You may repost the artwork but you cannot claim it! Claiming artwork that you did not create is called "Art theft".
- Do not use for commercial use! If you want to do this please pay me a fee and sign a document with your signature saying you have acknowledge I have given you permission. This is only if you ask for set design, logos, or other! (See bottom plaque about this)
- You MAY NOT alter my work to fit your gain, to call it yours or pose as your own work. If you wish for icons and such it is fine but do not claim it as yours! I can crop and Provide or alter anything I create.
- Watermarks are there for credibility; DO NOT remove the watermark or alter it to look like it as never there. All W.I.P.s and images I craft will be watermarked to possibly deter this!
Hassel Pay
- Constant detail changes will have your commission surcharged; I have had a terrible experience with this and I hope you understand. I do not mind a tweak or three but overdoing it can cause me issues. ($5 per major alteration)
- If this does not deter you while I do your commission I will not refund upon termination
Order Cancelation
- If I cannot contact you, your space will reopen to the next patron.
- If you wish to cancel for ANY reason, please let me know BEFORE I finish!
- If too much "Hassel" is made during the process I will debate and or act on terminating the commission! This will not give a refund!
Refund Policy
- Refunding: Unheard of unless I had an emergency come up. Refunds will be partial ONLY if I had started it. I generally finish what I start.
- "Hassel Termination" - this is also unheard of but is mentioned in case! This will not be refunded at all!
Commission Privacy Policy
- All artwork made <will be> posted on my socials once finished! Artfol & Instagram.
- At any given time that you see fit, that I do not need to post it on a social please tell me FIRST when you make the commission. The non post fee will be $25.
- If you tell me to take it down AFTER it is posted I will double the charge due to the fact I do mention the fee in my TOS!

The Question
Do you put these on shirts or prints?
Initially no. All commissions do not get submitted, only my own artwork. However this does not cover the fact I show these off as examples. If you wish to have "rights"; say you do not want use of this on shirts or sold as prints or even posted as an example of work- you must pay straight out between $25 & $50.
IS THERE A CATCH
If you work for a haunt and this is YOU as in YOUR OWN character please pay $13 on top of your quote. I will mark it specifically for no use on my end but you get to do all you want so long as you say I made it.
