"She's a smart one, a woman of wonders. With her hands and mind, I know she can accomplish anything she wants. Which is what worries me the most. The only way I can do the magic she does is with my right arm, but she can just bolster through that? I was shocked but not surprised when she quit suddenly. Honestly, she made the right decision. I have to tell her to keep out of it still now that her son is fully enrolled and might enter a similar field."
"Who's Mara-Marie. . . her? A staff-wielder (oh it's a cane), she's one of those huh. I don't know her that much. I believe she works in [some industry] and I've seen her face on billboards. Wait, what? Your roommate is her son? And you're already friends? Guess I have to meet her."
"Oh, you mean Roe's mom right? Yes! I was also surprised that (was her name Georgia?) had a kid. It's been a while since we've spoken, alas. I don't have a strong opinion of her other than the fact she never smiles!"
"Noelia? Well, she's been a good friend to Munroe. Really enthusiastic kid. I like her determination and I think she's bound to accomplish greater feats just like her mother. Her soul really does shine bright."
"I met her a while ago. Really interesting lady. Okay, you know what? I'll tell you something that happened recently. When me and Munroe got accepted to the same academy, she congratulated us! I told her what I wanted to study and she gave me an azalea as a gift. . . and you know what I did? I squeezed it and set my hand on fire! It was a weak one because the thing was kinda dead already. Munroe was confused why my hand was burning without crisp and his mom looked bewildered. I realized it was because we were inside her shop and I apologized (a ton). Next time I visited, she gave me a fresher azalea and told me she embedded it with more mass or something. So, of course, I went outside and went to an empty area and conducted. The flame came out bigger! Now, she sends me random modified plants to test my magic on. I got a pile of weird flowers in my dorm."
