•DO NOT put ANY of my designs or characters (Made by me, bought / traded / got for free from others) in ANY AI generators. I. DO. NOT. CARE. If it's for any kind of "playing around". Putting these characters in AI generators is only making them smarter and putting amazing artists who USE THEIR TALENT TO LIVE OFF OF, and others hobbies that help them make that little bit extra cash for food, vet bills, baby stuff, etc.

I DO NOT SUPPORT AI. (And am working to get AI characters I got tricked into buying art so I can use them ❤️‍🩹) IF YOU DO THIS YOU FORFEIT THE CHARACTER AND MUST SEND THEM BACK TO ME FOR NOTHING IN RETURN.

•DO NOT do any kind of NSFW with them involving Minors, Aged up characters (unless they have cannon adult designs), Littles, Lolita's, Ferals (sentient or otherwise), Etc-- I DO NOT SUPPORT CUB / FOALCON / P3D0PH!L!A / ZOOPHILE art / people.

•As long as the character is RECOGNIZABLE you can change anything about them! If there's something MAJOR you want changed (Fur pattern / colors) PLEASE ask me first! I could always make you a different design myself for a fair price or for that particular character back!

•Unless you're on my Golden List of customers / friends DO NOT inspire any new designs off of characters I have made myself, WITHOUT ASKING. Chances are if you ask first I'm absolutely gonna say yes to you making an inspired bby for PERSONAL use. (ALSO LINK THE CHARACTER THAT INSPIRED THAT DESIGN).

•DO NOT TRADE / SELL / GIFT ANY OF MY CHARACTERS TO PEOPLE ON MY BLACK LIST ANYONE WHO DOES SO FORFEITS THE CHARACTER AND MUST SEND THEM BACK TO ME FOR NOTHING IN RETURN.

Crystalaria is a world that I created for all my oc's.

The world is basically in a universe called "The Spire" in the spire there are three worlds. One of those being Crystalaria. It's the "Middle World" which is also known as "Homeworld" or "The world of all magic" Crystalaria is mostly a mix of large and small islands and continents.

The large continents have either a kingdom, large city, or dungeons (like from DnD or games like SAO). The main City/Kingdom is The Crystal Cavern.

I'm not saying much about it now but another thing I can say is that each Kingdom in a continent is given 1-4 small Islands and two large ones. As well as 3 floating islands.

My main kingdom (The Crystal Cavern) has the most out of all Islands. It has 5 small islands, three medium/large ones (two of the large ones are shopping districts) and 4 large floating islands (3 of which grow food the 4th has flying type animals that produce dairy products)

In the 3 worlds, it's common for everyone (including ponies) to eat meat. Everyone mostly eats fruits and veggies but you can often see ponies enjoying hotdogs and hamburgers/chicken burgers.

This regards my ADOPTABLES.

-You may NOT sell for more than you paid for UNLESS it has more art that YOU bought.

-You may NOT redesign SPECIFIC one's which I WILL tell you upon purchasing, if you do I WILL take the Oc back.

-You may NOT harass me or anyone else if I DO NOT accept your offer to buy the Oc.

-You MUST credit me when trying to get more art of said character, and of any designs/art I made of that character.

-You may NOT trade the character away after buying/adopting them UNTIL it has been AT LEAST 30 days/ a month.

-Any Oc's that you bought from me MUST be traded back or AT LEAST brought to me if you want to sell/trade them away FIRST so I can decide If I want them back or not.

-If you break my TOS, unknowingly or not, you MUST give me back the Oc without receiving anything in turn as YOU broke the TOS and not I.

-If you are found breaking my TOS, Harassing people who bought/adopted my Oc's or being disrespectful in general, you WILL NOT be able to adopt/trade/buy any Oc's from me and WILL be blacklisted.

YOU MAY NOT EVER CLAIM THE DESIGN AS YOURS, YOU MAY NOT CLAIM TO HAVE HAD THE IDEA FOR THEM AND YOU MAY NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BREAK MY TOS, SELL THE OC WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST NOR WILL YOU REDESIGN THE OC WITHOUT MY PERMISSION UNLESS SAID SO OTHERWISE.
IF YOU HAVE =PROOF= OF ME SAYING YOU COULD I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROOF YOU MUST GIVE THE OC BACK AS YOU BROKE MY TOS.
