General Terms of Service:

◌ I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork done by me.

◌ Artwork cannot be claimed as your own! You must always give me proper credit when sharing my art. My Toyhouse: Sabbu / Deviantart: Sabbupie

◌ Reselling or trading is fine just please make sure the new owner credits me properly.

◌ You may only resell for the same amount or less than, but not more than what you paid for.

◌ Do not claim my art as yours, and you may not resell for higher than you paid for.

◌ Do not alter my artwork in any form without permission, this includes using filters and/or removing my watermark.

◌ Artwork may not be used for commercial use without my permission. If you want commercial rights for the art piece, please contact me about it before ordering or purchasing.

◌ By commissioning NSFW art, you are agreeing that you are 18 or older.

Payment Plans:

Using this payment method means you have read and agreed to all of the terms of my TOS.

◌ Only use this payment plan as a payment method if you are 100% sure about purchasing the art.

◌ There are NO REFUNDS for canceling the payment plan.

◌ Let me know in advance which option you want to use for your payment plan:

♥ Option 1-Weekly payment: Any amount over $200 requires a 50% down payment, then a minimum of $50-$100 every week until the amount is fully paid. Feel free to pay more to finish the plan faster!

♥ Option 2- Specific payment: Any amount over $200 requires a 50% down payment, then the rest on a specific date of your choice.

◌ The artwork will be sent after the full payment has been received.

◌ Please remember to follow the plan and send payment every week.

◌ Payments will be through PayPal invoice and will allow you to pay in installments.

◌ I will only extend or be flexible for recurrent trusted buyers!

◌ If you need more time or cannot afford the minimum amount for one of the weeks of the plan because of an emergency, please do not hesitate to message me about it! 

◌ If you fail to make payments without any updates, I will have to cancel your plan without refunding.

◌ If you do not or refuse to send any payments and ignore me, I will blacklist you.

◌ If you change your mind on the adopt, you will not be refunded.
