TERMS OF SERVICE
Please understand that these terms may be updated with time! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to leave a comment or privately message me. By purchasing a commission, making an offer, or buying a design from me, you automatically agree that you understand and adhere to my Terms of Service:
PAYMENT
- Unless specified otherwise by Sahnytts, all prices are listed in USD. I am currently not accepting virtual currencies (e.g. dA points) as payment.
- I only accept payments through PayPal invoice at this time. I expect invoices to be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being successfully delivered.
- I do not do payment plans, but I do accept holds for an agreed upon period of time.
- I will not deliver / begin working on any products until I have received the payment in full.
COMMISSIONS
- I have a busy work-life and can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months to complete a commission depending.
- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason, and I will not be working on a "first come, first serve" basis.
- I may post your commission to my social media, or use for examples. If you do not wish for me to post your commission, please tell me.
REFUNDS
Refunds, excluding the PayPal transaction fee, will be provided if requested BEFORE the sketch confirmation.
50% of the fee will be refunded after sketch confirmation. 25% of the fee will be refunded after lineart confirmation.
Do not ever charge-back as a method of refund. If you wish to get a refund, please contact me with your situation.
