Arcturus

In an alternate Victorian era, the Arcturus Guild leads the way in scientific advancement, and hosts the world's greatest inventors, researchers, and alchemists. 

Oh and they have this apprentice program, which means lots of students running around the halls of the the guild's home bases, also knows as Keeps.
