OCS listed as free I would prefer to go to a good home, please explain why you want them instead of just "claim" or something asdfghjkl.
I am willing to consider WTA on any of these, but it is not guaranteed I will accept. Explain why you'd like them/ What you'd use them for/ etc.
If a character is listed as WTA you are welcome to offer instead, but offering will not guarantee receiving an OC over someone who has written previously.
