I figured it would be better to have some clear terms of transaction somewhere.
These will be divided in two parts :
- Part I : applies to anyone who is buying a design designed be myself (SeidenKaczka or Seiden). For any resale of a design created by someone else, please refer to the original designer's TOS.
- Part II : applies to anyone who is selling or trading a design to me.

PART I : PURCHASING A DESIGN FROM ME

By purchasing a design created by me, you automatically accept the following terms of service : 

- The design only belongs to you after it had been fully paid. If you owe me two drawings, you will get the design after you give me two drawings. If you file a paypal chargeback to get your money back after getting the design, then I am getting my design back.
- You have to keep me as the character's designer on toyhouse
- If you take the character off-site, I do not require to be credited, but you cannot claim you designed it yourself. Don't take credit for my work.
- You are allowed to hide/private the character. You are also allowed to delete it.
- You are allowed to modify the design as much as you want. You can directly tweak my own art if needed. But I am still the image's creator.
- You are allowed to resell your design with no limitations. Even if you got it as a trade or a freebie.
- You are allowed to use the character for anything except to spread hate (murder incitations and such) or anything associated to child pornography.
- You are allowed to delete the character's images.

Holds :
I can hold a character for one week.
If you need it held for longer, I will require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the adoptable's price.

PART II : SELLING/TRADING A DESIGN TO ME

By transferring character ownership to me, you agree with and accept the following terms :

- Once I acquire a character (sale, trade or free), the character is mine. You cannot claim it back. I will not accept any revocation.
- I may or may not use the character. I am under no obligation to write a certain amount of words or get a certain amount of art for a character.
- I may resell characters with monetary value. If I rightfully purchased a character, I will not follow any "must wait 3 years before reselling" or "must add 5 fullbodies before retrading" kind of rules.
- I will not check any blacklist before retrading or reselling a character.
- I keep the right to modify a character design if I want to. I am allowed to draw a new reference with an altered design, and delete the outdated design.
