Lighthouse

A running presence in the series playing a part in a lot of it as it goes. Charters here are sorted if they have a strong connection within it, no matter their actual placement in the timeline. 

The main sub-divisions are:

Naylor: Dealing with and in conjunction with interplanetary affairs. This is simply the division for Earth-related information, as Earth is still too much of a risk to try and settle with and around. The plan is to either let [humans] burn themselves or venture into the stars by their own volition; as humans are deemed to be a high-risk species. 

Zemeckis: Another division based around time-travel, the technology for this is in use and being invented at the same time. Some of the earliest proofs of concepts for this Ability was from a Quickened individual with a power to jump to various points in time. 

Winchester: information expunged 

Kirby: Produced in conjunction with Adkins, helping to keep track and better control those who are Quickened; both to help them control their powers and to contain if needed.
