This is my 2024-2025 TERMS OF SERVICE for my Commissions/Adopts/Customs/Trades!!‼️PLEASE READ‼️

★ GENERAL TERMS:

•Please DO NOT delete my Designs and Art off of Toyhouse.

•Please credit me when posting my Designs and Art on other socials.

•Please DO NOT scalp my designs, or take heavy inspiration/reference unless you already own the design you’re taking reference from.

•Please DO NOT take credit for my work, trace it, or repost it for clout (whether that’s art/designs/etc).

★Most importantly:★

•Please respect that I DO NOT want my designs to be redesigned to the point of being unrecognizable unless you intend to have the two designs be matching/siblings/whatever. Repeated failure to respect this “request” will follow with Blacklisting, and loss of the original design. (I AM OKAY WITH REDESIGNS AND OTHER DESIGN TWEAKS, SO LONG AS THEY STILL RESEMBLE MY ORIGINAL WORK.) /gen

★ COMMISSION TERMS:

When Commissioning me; you understand that unless discussed/Negotiated beforehand you are to pay me 100% before your commission is started, and commissions are not refundable after 30 days and/or after line-art is approved and finished. If refunded, I will refund what is fair if I have already started your commission. 

My TURN AROUND TIME (TAT) varies depending on my physical/mental health, and I will not be tolerant of pestering (you may check up at least 1x a day).

I am allowed to turn down any commission to anyone, and have the right to refuse any concept/ideal/etc when working on a commission.

You MAY NOT profit off the art I make for you regardless of if it was a commission or trade, and are only allowed to use it for personal use.

Refusal to follow these terms will result in: Refusal of future Business, Blacklisting, and possible Legal Penalties.

★SELL/TRADE/CUSTOMS TERMS:

•Please background check before selling/trading/gifting my designs, as I do not want my Art and Designs associated with horrible human beings (like racists, pedophiles,zoophilic,etc).

•Please wait to resell/trade/gift my designs after their cooldown time. (Must have design for 30 days before rehoming !!)

• Please DO NOT sell my designs more than they’re worth. If the character was Traded or Gifted to you, the worth of that character is now 0 (Sketches and WIPS do not add value).

•If Selling, please DO NOT  sell the design for more than what it was sold to you for unless you have added completed art to add to the value of said design.

(Aka don’t inflate the price for no reason, it’s shitty)

•Do not make a design I made into a closed species unless you have explicit permission from me. I made the design, you did not.

★ BLACKLIST

(Do not give my designs or art to these people, as I will never do business with them again):

Darogo(TH) /Lavenderoo (TH and FB):

Why?: Deletes people's designs off TH as a sell tactic,goes against people's TOS, and milks out payments.

They also stalk and harass people, making threats while doing so. Even tried to steal an oc from me that they unlawfully sold.

FluffyDeer (TH) /Laura Gry (FB):

Why?: Ghosts clients/artists for months/leaving them on seen, while egging on a trade/deal. Then cancels, wasting people's time. Unprofessional all around.

★A n y (purposeful) failure to comply to my TERMS OF SERVICE will result in blacklisting, blocking, and possible legal consequences.

I understand mistakes can happen though, so If you're unsure about anything in my TOS please don’t be afraid to reach out; so we can discuss it!! :) ★
