The Hess’ix are genetically modified and augmented creatures, usually mercenaries or assassins, created by the Doctor, Zeto'Azry, in Sinara. There are four main types of Hess’ix: vitmar, mariz, vitdul and ziram.
Vitmar are failed experiments that have been rejected and/or scrapped.
Vitdul are successful experiments. They have a broad range of types and specialties. Many retain their sanity. Vitdul are the most common of the Hess’ix.
Mariz are the failed subjects from a different track of experiments. They are the failed Zirams, having lost their sanity or reasoning during the highly risky process.
The Zirams are living weapons, the most powerful and infamous of the Hess’ix. Colloquially known as ‘demons.’ There are three different types of Ziram: augmented, cybernetic and hybridised. There are only seven Zirams at a time due to the difficulty of creating them and their specialised nature.
