Greetings! I'm a 25-year-old writer from France. In my daily life, I'm a cybersecurity engineer, but well, let's say that daydreaming has also become one of my fields of predilection................
Currently, I only got one main project, Three Winters, subdivised in four subprojects: E Pluribus Unum (the one I'm currently working on), Et in Arcadia Ego (the final story arc of the series) and two other unnamed projects (-> yeah, some naming priorities I got). That's why, for now, only the E Pluribus Unum section will be filled in (the others will follow in a more or less distant future).
Currently, my stories are only available in French. This may be subject to change one day, but for now I'm busy enough with writing them in one language.........
That being said, if you ever are interested to have a look at my works, don't hesitate to send me a message! I'll share with you the link(s).
I'm not an artist so I did not draw any of the pictures used for my OCs: most of them come from https://picrew.me/ (a REALLY amazing website with multiple great design generators, don't hesitate to check it out), while the others have been drawn by some of my friends (GOD BLESS THEM). For more details, the appropriate credits will ofc be mentioned under each picture used.
Well then, I welcome you in the name of all my children gathered here; please enjoy your tour!
"Our hearts may have been painted black by strife and grief, but the end of our darkest hour draws nigh. The sea of shadows amidst which we have been floating up until now shall soon disappear, as spears of sunlight strike down. Then, true Beauty will be within our grasp and all Truths shall be unveiled.
Now more than ever must our union grow strong – for all Eternity.
E Pluribus Unum." – Thaïs, Egeria of the Hymn
Makeia 18, Year 19 of the Stygian Era
After nearly two decades of post-war reconstruction, the magi of the Hegemon of Aeterna, universal covenant of all humankind, are about to celebrate the annual GENESIS festival. As the less fortunate parts of the population are still trying to mend the wounds of fratricide, the upper echelons of Illythia, capital of the Hegemon, have renewed their pledge to defeat the four gods of the Multiplane – the Tetragram. The paradigm of Magic, the driving force of the regime, is about to reach new ground-breaking developments through the Byzantium Project. All that remains is harvesting the ripe fruit of the promised victory.
Or so it should be. The truth is, peace throughout the Hegemon is but an illusion about to shatter. The claws of the enemy are already sinked into the flesh of the Hypostasis, the planar cradle of Aeterna. The time of separation has come. Vows are coming to an end. Lives fade away, with a bitter smile.
The second winter is about to start.
But how did it come to this?
Year 17 of the Stygian Era
Internal struggles and neverending schemes are plaguing Aeterna. Forbidden cults keep spreading. On top of that, a vanguard sent by the gods themselves has submitted a harrowing ultimatum to the protectors of Aeterna. A convoluted situation that Reinhardt, director of the heretic-hunting organization LexClaysia, has no other option but to handle, along with the six other Archons. Soon enough, they will take a decision that could shake the very fundation of the established order. However, in this troubled metropolis over which the sun never rises, where choices are akin to dilemmas and foes hardly distinguishable from allies... what change can they really hope to achieve?
In the meantime, Mila, a disillusioned magus in search of meaning in her actions, is left quite bewildered following a surreal encounter that she had certainly not expected. Will the enigmatic book she has been offered hold the truths she has so desperately sought during all these years? A question that has yet to be answered, but which will at no doubt get her in numerous troubles, as she can already sense it...
Many paths that are not meant to cross, yet are riddled with mirrors... while countless eyes are watching.
A drama where personal struggles intertwine with political schemes, on the verge of a cosmic crisis.
