But yee if I’m slow on replying or you see things being moved and all that’s why!and I’ll make another bulletin when its complete as well!and work on characters profiles and more I have so many projects helpp

Basic tos
- Do not claim credit for my designs, and do not leave me uncredited. Also credit any base artists if a base is used.
-Do NOT remove the #Shrimpys for any reason ty
- Do not sell my designs for more than you bought them for unless you have bought them more art.
- If I ask to be notified before you sell/trade a design, please notify me.(this is optional!just at least have the person read my Tos dat it!
- Please do not remove my signature/username from any of my designs and/or their artwork by me. Don't remove signatures/usernames of base artists as well.
- Please do not make prints, stickers, badges and other customised objects with my art without permission/if it wasn't made for that purpose. If given permission, please still credit me for the art and do not sell it for profit unless you are selling the character.
- Minor changes to the design are allowed , complete redesigning is not permitted
- These designs are to be used. I don't want them to sit around for months not getting any love. If a person has lost connection they can give them away.
-all payments must be paid in FULL and UPFRONT.(unless it's a payment plan but that's something we would talk about prior!)
-If you pay for the character or design in USD all payment will go through cashapp or PayPal.
-i take art, characters and more for characters I'm selling,I do NOT do ac from amino in anyway
-if you offer art or any similar service it has to be able to be completed in a week time, it you need longer I'm open for discussion but I would need to be updated.
-If you offer characters I'm only looking for characters around the same worth, unless I state otherwise.or I just really like the character design
-by obtaining any of my designs you automatically agree to my TOS. if my TOS is broken I, the artist, reserve the right to reclaim the oc. I will notify you about this.(This will not be abused because that's a shitty move fr if you didn't read my Tos don't worry it happens I'm not gonna be a jerk about it!I'll ask you to review my Tos!^^(if something isn't to your liking in my Tos plz tell me we can talk about it)
(The redesign part imma put my foot down with 😭I'm sorry I'm just not as confident as is so it would make me abit sad if my designs are fully redesigned to the point no one knows they was made by me)
