ABOUT
Fall Warmed Chilled Cider A valley of beasts, watched over by four creatures who herald in the seasons each year. Lacehorse for summers iron grip. Fellgaully for the cruel fall. Winter for the gentle snows. And their new head of spring, after the last disappeared with no trace. A world where whales re-evolved into weasels and monotremes became birds and vampires.
A slice of life comic I'm doing as practice for my larger series. Following Fellgaully, a bitter Marstoat who doesn't believe in romantic love, and his adopted child Vaughny.
Setting
Mountainous domestic setting, lots of older buildings that are always vast stretches away from eachother. Sparce forests and mountains encircle their
valley, though there is a wider world past it, it's often a channel for visitors to
come through. The season heads are responsible for bringing the seasons in
every year, this is completely natural to them. When it's time, the trees Fellgaully
touches lose their leaves. When it's time, Fuktwig brings in spring rain without
even thinking about it. There's a traditional air within a lot of species, many in the valley are making an effort to shed abusive traditions for the betterment of the whole. Though some like Fellgaully cling to it and struggle with it.
