Terms of Services for Adopts
⟡Payment⟡
• Payment is expected within one week.
• PayPal is the only method of payment I accept. (Except for special cases such as trades, which will be specified)
• If you fail to pay within the week, the adopt will go to the next person in line.
• If you think you won't be able to pay within the week, please contact me as soon as possible. Excuses given after the deadline won't be taken into consideration.
• Pay only after I confirm your order. Any kind of payment I receive before this will be considered a donation and I will charge the payment again after confirming it.
• No refunds will be given unless it's an emergency.
⟡Permissions and Copyright⟡
• You may redesign the character as much as you wish as long as you credit me for the initial design.
• All adopts bought from me are non-commercial and only to be used for personal use (including using it as a vtuber).
• No one (including the buyer) is allowed to edit/modify the original art, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use the original character artwork(s) for advertising. You may do this if it's your own or paid artwork(s) for the character(s). Just don't use my artwork(s) specifically.
• Making NFT's out of any of my works is prohibited regardless of the type.
• You are not to use my designs to promote anything hateful.
• You must credit me for the design and the original artwork (when it's appropriate).
• If the original artwork is going to be posted on another website, I would very much appreciate it if you credit me.
• You may not resell the adopt for more than the price you bought it for. (Unless you have commissioned artwork(s) or you have personally done artwork(s) for it, just keep it reasonable)
• I may use the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and/or to promote my art.
• You are allowed to gift a character design if the person receiving it is aware of my Terms of Service. You are also allowed to purchase for a friend as long as you notify me who the owner will be.
• By purchasing an adopt from me means that you automatically agree with my Terms of Service.
