• Don't "kin" with any characters or choose to dedicate a social media account/page about them. This also includes users "role-playing" as characters.
• Do not create merchandise or media you can profit off of regarding my characters. For example: making a Patreon post of my character(s) that requires some payment in order to view or using art of my character(s) on some ad. My characters are private property that are not free use for whomever. If you use my characters in a profitable way (which includes profit gain or marketing) expect a law suit.
• Theft, impersonation, tracing, permitted use of art of characters and blatant copying are not prohibited.
• Many characters have mature content and themes associated with them. I will not be changing them at one's request/wishes. I do research regarding these heavy topics in order to not be fetishizing such mature themes.
• Just because there are differing opinions or viewpoints in characters does not mean I support nor condone "taboo" beliefs.
  
• Please do not blatantly rip of story lines, character personality to the very bone, or use concept art (just because it isn't used doesn't mean you can rob them and implement them as your own). This goes the same regarding species and landscapes; you cannot "barrow" them for your own.
• Regarding offers 1: I am not entertained by offers on characters that are labeled with "X" or any character in stories. Characters in the for-mentioned category will not be given up for any amounts of money, a character/item of value or services. By agreeing to the warning you are agreeing  to the following; If you are to attempt negotiation you will be blocked and if you contact me via other accounts I will choose not respond, following with a block. 
• Regarding offers 2: Scrapped characters or characters that I choose to let go will be announced on either my DeviantArt account or via Twitter posts. It is better to wait than to continuously pester me.
