It’s up to you to decide witch. :) I do not send finished products without a full payment. You can generally take as long as you need, I do like having stuff sold asap though.

My art may take up to a month to complete under certain situations, due to my situation for living I can only get art done on the weekends or I can work for about an hour on the weekdays. 

If you plan on using my art for monetary value, or if you would like to see about getting a design from me that will be used to make extra money, those will come with a few fees (depending on what it is). 

I don’t send files over email unless requested, please let me know if you do not receive the file over a course of 2 - 4 days because I may of forgotten, or I didn’t find the time and I’m happy to send it then :)

When is it okay to ask for a refund: 

I do not do refunds unless I feel that I cannot finish the work, I will not do refunds if you want the money back because you regret making the commission in the first place. If you feel I’m taking too long communicate with me and tell me that, I as the artist hereby reassure and give you my word that you will get updates on a regular basis. I won’t refund unless we have talked about it like civil people, I promise I’m not scamming you because your artwork was not done in a day. It takes me awhile to complete. 

I do not do down payment refunds if you do not want the product anymore. Once you start paying, either you finish paying, or you do not receive a full refund. What gets sent is Tax for wasting my time. 

So,

I WILL NOT DO DOWNPAYMENT REFUNDS, you cannot back out of a trade. It’s not my fault you changed your mind. 

• What if I back out of selling to you. 

I will refund you. Don’t worry, I’m not going to just run off with the money. You’ll get a full refund! 

My TAT :

This depends on how full my queue is. You get put on the queue when I receive full payment for the product. (Unless talked about prior) 

TRADES : 

I NEVER SEND TRADES FIRST, I’m going to say that now. If you offer a trade, I will always send my piece second because I know myself enough to realize, that if someone offers a trade on my stuff it could be a scam. I always ask for tracking before I send my side off. BE AWARE OF THIS. I also do not pay for both half’s of the trade.
