Waterdogs
My waterdogs live in a world known only as the Forgotten Realm. Ravaged by years and years of harsh conditions and the whims of Tricksters and Celestials, the population of the world has drastically decreased. Cities are all but abandoned, and those who still roam live in small packs or live by themselves as loners. The world is not unpopulated by any means, but a friendly face is hard to come by.

The celestials consist largely of minor gods and other beings outside of the mortal realm. None hold much control over any one aspect of the universe, but rather do not abide by the same laws of mortality and the progression of time. They are often the beings of chaos, favoring a trickster like nature. They are not all powerful by any means, but they do seek to keep their corner of the universe from collapsing as best they can. They are often at odds with each other, and rarely pay any mind to the mortal realm. It is, after all, irrelevant. At least, as far as they're concerned.
