Could be worse. He's kinda cute in a gross way like one of those animals born with two heads.
Probably the most pleasant and patient human he's been around. He finds her very charming but is especially suspicious of her "Sultry Minx Attire" (As he would put it). He thinks in the back of his mind she's going to trick him into something mean against Flint but for now... The temptations of sugary snacks are much more appetizing than caring about Flint's safety.
"Wait, So is Zeke, like... Also not a human?" <- Arouse's longest thought about Ezekiel ever. He's a little insecure about how much Flint wants to tear Ezekiel limb from limb.
Arouse stands for a lot of things Ezekiel is uncomfortable with, finding him spontaneously repulsive. However, he does think Arouse has a cute voice. He wishes he would just dress a little more conservative and keep his little penis off the interweb for his sake.
Being around Arouse actively kills Pome's braincells. She worries about him quite a lot, but also enjoys how easily his vapid disposition lets her kick back and entertain stupid shit like nail colors and alien conspiracies.
Arouse is living in Pome's student housing and splitting the rent with help from his online sex work, an activity he often tries to encourage Pome to participate in, since she is in his words... 'bitching hot'. She entertains this upon occasion!
Charles thinks little of the dishonest career Graham has made for himself, nor the vain way he presents himself to others. They bring out the worst of each other, with Charlie taking on the role of condescending older brother, determined to be on the right side of any argument.
Despite their differences, he's fiercely loyal to his family and would do just about anything to support Graham if he ever asked for help.
Graham resents Charlie for his successful career, and looks down upon him for his choice to practice charitably; Though begrudgingly, he respects Charles deeply and trusts him with secrets he'd never tell anyone else.
Jealous of his success with women.
Gavril's captain. Holds Gavril under an unbreakable magic contract while he serves parole for his gang related crimes.
Despite all of this, Gavril is Leopold's closest friend and trusted confidant. Leopold would sacrifice more than he cares to admit to keep himself in Gavril's good grace.
Leopold's right hand man. Thankful for the freedom and leadership Leopold has allowed him to assume. He goes freely from Leopold's ship, with the understanding that he will always come back.
This doesn't stop him from forming his own opinions on Leopold, whom he (truthfully) sees as arrogant, spoiled, and irrational.
Mutually respectful. Charles enjoys talking with B, and appreciates the strong morals and good head that B carries on his shoulders. He'd gladly go out of his way for B, as he knows any request he makes has good reason.
Following their combined involvement with Linny the two have only grown closer through the responsibility they share for Linny's wellbeing.
B has a great deal of respect both for Charlie's experiences, and the way he chooses to run his medical practice. When Linny is brought into custody he turns to Charles for help in letting Linny walk free, and with Charles' somewhat dishonest testimony in Linny's favor they accomplish exactly that.
He can't help but see his little brothers in Linny. It's easy for him to empathize even after Linny has committed literal murder, and his intentions have Linny's best interests at heart, even over his own job.
Linny sees him as pesky and overbearing, but grows to trust B with time. Their relationship is paternal in nature, with B guiding Linny on exactly how a self respecting young man should act, when he's willing to take feedback.
Conclusion: Other Olivines are tolerable, upon occasion.
Unrelated query: I require briefing on the evolution of courting practices in the time of my extended absence. Details are preferable.
