BY PURCHASING WORKS FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

I. General Rules: - Please write in a clear and neat manner when commissioning me to avoid confusion. - I hold the right to refuse service for any reason. - I have the right to choose whether or not I upload your commission to deviantART or any other site.

II. Payment - I currently take both USD and dA points, however USD is highly preferred, and if you use points you MUST pay via widget unless otherwise stated. - ALL commissions must be paid in full upfront. - I will not begin your work until I have received full payment. - Not paying/being unable to pay after placing on an auction, sale or commission of any kind will result in being put on a blacklist. - Retracting bids, or claims on sales after acceptance will also get you watch listed for 3 months. - I WILL NOT sell art or adopts via paypal to anyone under the age of 16 without their parents permission. If you are under the age of 16 and wish to commission me via paypal you must have physical written permission by your parents that they understand the rules of my refunding policy (found below). It should look like the following:

Once you send me a photo of this physically written out by the buyer on paper and signed by the buyer's parents I will allow you to commission me via paypal.

III. Timing - Commissions typically take me somewhere between a couple hours to a week or two depending on my schedule, and they type of commission you buy. The longest its ever taken for me to get a commission done has been 3 months. /There is no guaranteed amount of time it will take me to complete your commission, so please be patience./

Some Varying Factors Can Be: The order in which I receive your commission. The amount of commissions that were ordered before yours.The complexity of your character.The complexity of your commission.Real-world health, home, computer, family, and weather issues

I won't contact everyone who commissions me if something in real life happens right away because I simply usually don't have the time. I don't prioritize commissions over my family or my health. However, I will normally do a quick update journal a short time after something has happened, so be sure to look for one before you ask because I might not have the Internet, or time to get back to your notes/comments right away.

IV. Commission Errors: - If I have made a mistake on your commission, please let me know so I can fix it. - I will fix small details that might be overlooked like small markings/coloration free of charge. - If you provide me with an unclear or shaded reference that caused me to have to improvise on markings, colors, etc and I got it wrong there will be a fee associated with fixing it. This is because I am working from what I'm given; it is not my job to go search for more pictures of your character to figure out it's design. So PLEASE provide me with a good reference!

V. Copyright/Usage Policy: - You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use. This includes, but not limited to - cropping the art to use for icons, banners, journal skins, ect. - You may repost the commission on your dA, tumblr, ect, but you MUST credit me. Uncredited artwork will be reported as stolen. Crediting me otherwise is not necessary but always appreciated.

Things that are absolutely prohibited: Taking credit for my artwork Removing my watermarks/signature Editing/altering the artwork itself

Please note that all commissions I produce are still my intellectual property. I have the right to post your commission wherever I please. Both on and outside of dA (such as tumblr, facebook ect) to promote myself/my art. However, I will always try to properly credit the commissioner for their character.

VI. Cancelling / Refunding Policy: - If you'd like to cancel your commission, please note me. - Refunds are in whole unless I have already started on your artwork. You will not get a full refund.

Any commission canceled by me is guaranteed a full refund unless I have already started on the piece. You will NOT get a refund for adopts you purchase from me. Closed species or not. Your welcome to return it, however, you won't get your money back for it. Unwarranted/unapproved charge backs will earn you a permanent public blacklisting

VII. Adopt Policy: -When you buy an adoptable or a design from me you are purchasing part of the rights to that design. Including but not limited to:

Character personality, relationships, connections, backstory etc. Your 100% welcome to RP (roleplay) with any designs you purchase from me in any way you please. This does NOT mean I'm condoning sexual, abusive or any negative behavior, and what comes of your RP's is the buyers own issue. I will not be held responsible.

- However the designs are still partly mine in the sense that I made, and sold them to you as a product, though your still welcome to:

Resell your adopts for the price you bought them. Your welcome to only up the price if there is added art. Once you buy an adopt from me, you will NOT get a refund unless it's a special circumstance. Once you buy a normal adopt/design from me please credit me as the designer. It doesn’t have to be on all the art, but make sure all new owners are aware. All closed species designs are still partly owned by me. Your welcome to trade them around as you like, but be sure to credit me as their creator.

- If you purchase a closed species from me you are required to let me know when your going to trade, or if you do trade who you traded to so I can keep track of who owns my designs.
