General

• I have the right to decline offers and commissions for any reason
• If I have blacklisted you, you may NOT submit offers or request commissions
• I do not do holds
• No refunds after full payment is received
• If you issue a charge back after you received the commission/design (without VERY good reason), you will be blacklisted
• All designs/artwork are for personal use only and are not permitted to be used commercially UNLESS said otherwise
• Intellectual property rights to all original artwork is retained by me and may be reposted on my social media/portfolios/etc
• I accept payment through Paypal and Ko-fi

Adopts

• After you purchase a design, the character belongs to you
• You will receive unwatermarked PNGs of the character sheet and the character- including versions with a transparent background
• You may trade, gift, and resell the character for a price equal to or lower than the price you purchased it for + the price of additional art made for the character
• You may make alterations to the design so long as it's still recognizable to the original character
• However, you may NOT make alterations to the original character artwork
• You may NOT draw or commission NSFW or hateful content of my designs. You will be asked to remove the artwork and blacklisted
• You may NOT claim that you created the original design

Commissions

• Please DM me to request a commission. I will show you my rates and discuss what you would like done. Rates are subject to change based on complexity
• Please send any relevant references to characters or ideas for the composition
• I only accept full or half payment upfront. If you choose to pay half upfront, you will pay the other half once the commission is fully completed
• If the other half of payment is not received after a week upon completion or you ghost me while the work is in progress, you will be blacklisted
• You will receive an unwatermarked PNG of the fully completed artwork
• I will send you progress photos while sketching and laying out base colors. It is your responsibility to request changes and edits at these stages I cannot make significant changes to the overall commission while rendering (shading), so please make sure it's to your liking in the lineart and base color stage
• No refunds after the base color stage
• You may use the artwork as icons, banners, or backgrounds
• You may NOT trace, edit, recolor, or resell commission artwork
• You MUST credit me as the artist if reposting to social media or character profiles
• Please be patient. I can be slow so commissions may take days to weeks to complete depending on complexity. I also take weekends off
• Please also keep in mind the kind of work I do if you're thinking of commissioning. The things I'm best at is cartoons and highly stylized artwork. I'm not trained in photo-realism at all and I'm still learning proper human anatomy/proportions.

What I can draw:

• Fanart
• Animals and pets
• Furries and anthro
• Humanoids (aliens, robots, object heads, etc)
• Simple Mecha
• Landscapes/Backgrounds

What I can't/WON'T draw:

• NSFW or suggestive content of any kind
• Gore
• Realistic people
• Complex Mecha

• Anything I deem too complex or difficult for my skill level
