SOLAR FEDERATION.

Starlings receive an offer from the SF to be any protection. They can clear out any attacks on the Star and its Starling. 

They also offer Star Guardians. They are used for quicker protection. But it's hard to receive. The said star has to do a huge doing (e.g, capture a rebel, get rid of a highly known criminal..etc..) or have a planet with life (Sol, Rebus, Nebrus-98 and Axiom.)

LUNAR FEDERATION.

Moonlings receive an offer from the LF to be any protection. They can clear out any attacks on the Moon and its Moonling.

They also have Moon Guardians, they work the same as a Star Guardian does. When the Moon needs life on it (because it's dying etc.) they send a biologist, alchemist, seeds, and bees to help any plants pollinate. 

OWNERSHIPS OF BOTH GROUPS.

The Nebula they are placed in which is The Bell Nebula has two neighboring nebulas. They are called the Dragonfly and the Falcon Nebula.

----Dragonfly Nebula - Main

The Dragonfly Nebula is owned and named by SF. Inside the Dragonfly is floating lands connected by bridges with sun dust powering them. These lands are called Zohar Nation. Zohar Nation is where Star Guardians are created and stored. It is also home to a creature named Dawn Lions, they are friendly.

Any gender can be born with a mane and some might be rare enough to grow wings. Dawn Lions have a land named Solaris, which is a pride to them.

---------Dragonfly Nebula - Star Guardians

The land where they are created is called The Golden Shrine. Only Moderators are meant to create them, nothing else. They are made of carbon, water, ash, Juice from the leaves of the Solstice Forest, and sun dust. Any other land is home to them, they can explore anytime. They only leave Zohar Nation when needed to be offered.

----Falcon Nebula - Main

The Falcon Nebula is owned and named by LF. Inside is a huge connected part named Sandy Geode Isles. It is a beachy place with water that.. doesn't have salt? Just some glitter substance?? The Isles is home to Moon Guardians and Faes.

------Falcon Nebula - Faes

Faes can shapeshift into anything and teleport anywhere! Even though they are little tricksters, they can be nice and very hard working! They tend to be in teams of three or more. They gather nature-made things and find things for their collections! 

--------Falcon Nebula - Moon Guardians

Moderators create the Moon Guards in an underground base called The Silver Shrine. They are made with beach water, moon water, moon dust, Juice from the leaves of Equinox Forest and ash.
