• I retain rights to any and all artwork and may use it as examples for commissions or public social media content (If you wish for your custom to remain private you must pay a privacy fee)
• you may not trace, copy, color pick, or heavily reference.
•NO ONE can sell my art as a NFT under any circumstances.
• NO ONE is allowed to remove, trace, edit, or copy my watermark even if you have paid for the art
• I reserve the right to refuse service. I will not tolerate rudeness of any degree.
• you may use purchase art for noncommercial use ONLY
• I will draw heavy gore and nudity for comms ONLY if the buyer can provide ID and is over 18
• If you revamp my design you must credit me
• To purchase a design you must have a TH.
• For purchases you must pay upfront this is to prevent theft. Once I receive payment you will receive your art. (I will allow payments plans for purchases over $100)
• I will do holds occasionally. Holds must be discussed and are up to my discretion
• If you use the payment plan your first payment will be 25% of the final price this 25% is nonrefundable
• If you fail to finish your payment plan all but the first payment will be refunded
• All payments will be in USD
• If your bid is accepted and you don't contact me in 24hrs the next highest bidder will win instead.
• I currently only accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp.
• If you bid on an item and fail to pay more than once you will be black listed and blocked
• If you break my T&C you will be black listed and blocked.
• By bidding or commissioning me you agree to my terms and conditions.
• You may NOT resell my designs for more than what you bought them.
