If I get/trade for a character then that character is mine, I did not trade for them just for the one who made them to still have pull over what I do with them. I do not consent to any T.O.S that states that the creator of a character can take back a character they gave me for something like a trade.

You're of course free to retrade/give away characters that you got from me if you no longer feel a connection to them!

You're free to change/update/revamp designs of mine that you get! (God knows I do it a lot)

Make sure to keep my credits on characters or art I made.

People are free to draw any of my characters, granted that they don't draw or ask before drawing characters that say to ask before drawing them. (i.e. Asphi)

Only draw ship art of characters that are shipped, I do not want someone making ship art of two characters that are not together, and all ship art must be SFW.

Do Not make NSFW art of any of my characters, whether they're shipped or not, I am not okay with that kind of art for any of my characters.

All of my characters are very personal to me, so please do not make content of any of them, unless it is considered a gift or you've asked permission. On that note, you also do not have permission to roleplay as any of my characters, as once again, they are very personal to me.

Do Not steal any of my characters or any of my designs and please do not take any heavy inspiration from my characters, I don't mind light inspiration as long as they do not look like my character.

Please don't do anything like kinning my characters! I am not comfortable with people doing things of that sort.

Do not use anything of mine in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

Do not use anything of mine in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

I have the right to not give a character to a person and I do not have to tell that person why, so please do not push as if I haven't responded to a comment asking for a character I likely won't. /lh

Do Not give anyone on my blacklist my characters. I am uncomfortable with any of them having my characters, while I can't do anything with the characters they may currently have I would appreciate it if no more are given to anyone on it. I would advise to not interact with anyone on my Blacklist, as they are not good people/are associated with bad people.

Star/StarsArtStudio/ArtOfAlexandra - Pedo, used their autism as an excuse.

Anubis_Gremory - Raped a friend of mine, and has help pedos groom kids.

Arya Fein - Pedo, makes inappropriate content and has done so around minors and with minors participating.

Morgan/MDT/Destiny/TheDestinyMoonYT - Supporter of Anubis, invalidated a friends rape, and ignored people when they stated they were uncomfortable, would constantly cross boundaries when made. Has offered to help someone jump off a bridge.

TheCatThatDraws/AGoatThatDraws - Hurt multiple friends of mine and has avoided taking any accountability for doing so. Is associated with others on my blacklist.

Gally/Iziecherryblossom - Stalked my friend, and just made them feel genuinely uncomfortable. Went as far to go through others to get into contact with them even when they knew that person was uncomfortable with them. Has made others uncomfortable and didn't seem to care when that was stated.(Videos were made that speaks about what they've done, https://youtu.be/tweoBnkQFVM)

CelestNoelle - Did nothing when a minor went to them saying they were assulted. Has dated someone that was inappropriate with a minor in front of them.

Zan_Xtra/Daykight/PolleP0P/Max/Chip/CedeChipmunk - Has spread death threats in the past, and has spread misinformation and lies to try and make them and their friends(Others on the blacklist) look better. MoonInTheWell/MourninginTheStars - Has hurt my friends, he has bullied minors as well as threated minors with physical harm. Has shown minors 18+ content, as well as playing 18+ games with minors and encouraging minors to play 18+ games. Has made inappropriate jokes in general(One of them being a school shooting joke, going as far to change someone's name in a server minors were in.) Is letting minors defend them and has not said anything in reference to what the minors are trying to defend him of. ThatMutedThing/Velvet - Has hurt my friends. Also made 18+ content of a kids game that was left uncensored where kids could see it, along with still playing a game that was made by a pedo. MidnightAria/Midnight_An0ma1y - Has hurt my friends. Has gotten very aggressive when people want to talk about serious topics, since they didn't like what the topic was(i.e. A friend of theirs who was not a good person.) Has been spreading lies and misinformation about friends to try and make them and their friends look better, hakes things out of context about their series to do so, while nothing negative in their series has been shown in a positive light. Has spoken about a friends rape without their permission and has shared details about what they have said, though they've also made up some of said details.

Sige/CC/Rio/Potato/Pika/TheFallenRio/Sigew1nne/Mogu/pikapikachvv - Was given proof that others on my blacklist were not good people (Moon/Mute/Midnight) and still decided to be friends with them. Going as far as to make an alt account behind everyone's back to continue to speak and play games with them. Hurt me, my friends and betrayed our trust by interacting with people who have hurt them.
