Working schedule:

As I currently work a full-time job alongside art, the following days are designated to working on commissions: Friday, Saturday and Monday. Unless there is a needed deadline before these working days your commission may not be started until these days.

General ToS and Commissions:

• Please write in a clear and polite manner.
• Provide neat, unwatermarked references.
• Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
• Follow the rules provided in the commission journal, YCH or Adoptable.
• If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
• Please understand that art is a part time side hustle alongside working a fulltime job, and that this may effect how long a commission can take to start.
• Please understand that I am Australian and may be in a time zone opposite to any northern hemisphere commissioners, which can effect reply times if I'm working/sleeping.
• Cue is not always first come first serve due to deadlines, volume and types of commissions (I.E. i may start and finish a YCH faster than I start an off base drawing to ensure my cue stays manageable).
• Unless commissioner states otherwise or does not provide discord tag, I will send wips through Toyhou.se.
• Wips are sent dependent on commission type (off base will get sketch, lineart, color and shading. YCH will get lineart color and shading.) But can be sent upon request.
• Requests for PDF/.CLIP can be provided upon request, but may take time as I label things for your ease of use, but as I use clip studio, some layer effects may not be available for other art programs.

• After a commission is finished, only small changes can be made, such as small coloring/detail adjustment, or amendments to mistakes.
• Any great changes will come with an extra charge; Such as an outfit change, outfit addition, background change or anything that requires me to redraw it completely.

• Payments are accepted through: Paypal, Kofi and Vgen.
• All commissions must all be paid in full upfront unless payment plan is discussed.
• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
• You must wait at least 3 months to request a refund.
• If a commission has been started and request for refund is made, you will be refunded with the cost of what has been done removed.
• If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
• Refunds will be sent to the original account to avoid scamming.

• TIPS ARE NOT MANDITORY WHEN COMMISSIONING, THIS IS JUST A WAY TO SAY THANK YOU TO GENEROUS COMMISSIONERS!
• A tip reward is an extra piece of art given to a commissioner when tips are given.
• These do not follow the schedule or deadlines of commissions, and quality may vary depending on the tip amount, current art cue and availability. 
• In no way do I encourage tipping when a commissioner cannot afford it, if you are using RENT money to throw a few extra shmeckles PLEASE don't, i want my commissioners looking after themself first and foremost!

• Please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery before following up. This may change varying due to que however you will be notified if there are delays.
• You may arrange for a deadline to be placed (E.G: You are wanting to get a gift for a birthday), however you must allow at least two weeks before placing order. 
• If an agreed upon deadline has passed, you will receive a full refund, ignoring 3 month refund cool down (See Payment section).

• I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
• Therefore, unless specified, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
  • Use the commissioned art to promote Commissions, YCH, and other artwork. 
  • Display it on my digital artist platforms and portfolio.
• Any postings will include credit to the commissioner for Character rights. 

The commissioner is allowed to:

• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
• Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• Display the artwork on their profiles, stream accounts and other digital platforms.
• If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Removing any watermarks/signatures.
• Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

• You may only resell adopts you have purchased for their original value, unless they include additional artwork.
• You may not create a Closed Species out of the adoptable, if you wish convert the design into a pre-established species, please DM to discuss. 
• You may alter the character as you please, however must provide credit for original design.
• Please DM before backing out of any auctions to let me know. If there are multiple instances of backing out of auctions you will be blacklisted.
