oh yay a place that actually has a name

this place is cold. like super cold. like... there's prolly only like two or three months of the year where the place ISN'T completely covered in snow. that's how cold it is

a lot of people here have ice powers, since in the 'verse most of my characters live in ppl with ice powers don't really feel the cold and are sensitive to heat. buuut as you can see from my characters who live here, there's also some here who don't have ice powers!

also for some reason blue's considered to be a lucky colour or something over here. so a lot of characters who live here wear blue!
