Free Characters

All characters in this folder will be divided out between WTA, FCFS, DTA, and Raffle folders.

Any character seen in this folder before its in the others is not currently up for adoption, and is either awaiting transfer to the folders listed, or is being added to with art, or redrawn to give it a better homing chance.
