Of the three types of beings, Urre consume energy- they are essentially nano-black holes, each of them.

Urre possess a core in their chest (usually heart-shaped) made out of gold and other precious metals (and sometimes precious stones!) through which they are able to glean energy (heat, light, electricity, etc.) from the world around them. 

Urre consume gold/etc., and although their core does not get larger, it becomes more dense, allowing the Urre to siphon more energy, faster. These are the only substances that Urre actively hunger for. 

Urre conjure what is called an Illusion- it contains very little mass, few bones, and no organs except for visually apparent ones like skin, eyeballs, etc. Damage sustained to an Illusion is not permanent unless the core is damaged, which could affect the Urre's ability to create an illusion completely and easily. 

If an Urre runs out of energy (such as the vacuum of space or in the Arctic circle in the middle of winter at night, or the bottom of the ocean), the core will burn away the Urre's illusion as a last-ditch attempt to survive before being forced into dormancy as simply a heart of gold.
