✨ Art / Commissions ✨

Payment is through PayPal only. Payment will be accepted for the commission after the initial sketch is approved by the commissioner 

I will not continue on commission without approval for each stage: sketch, lines and color. Shading approval (before clean up/effects) is offered upon request. Otherwise after color is approved, your next major update will be the completed drawing

I request that an unwatermarked/unshaded reference be provided if the design is hard to distinguish with said elements for art commissions  

Any major edits to pose, major accessories, clothes, etc are only permitted during the sketch stage. Anything past the lineart stage may be changed/added at an additional expense. 

Editing/drawing over my sketches to better explain a request you have are ok, as long as permission is granted first, or if I request it. Please just ask first before doing so. 

Please be respectful and kind when informing me if I have missed/forgot something on your design. If it was an honest mistake on my part, I will gladly fix it accordingly. Any rudeness or lack of understanding may result in a refund in your commission.

Sharing the completed art with friends or posting it online is ok, as long as credit is provided. Although uploading it to art based gallery websites like DA, is prohibited. Please feel free to ask if you’re unsure.

When it comes to art commissions, my turnaround time is a week, usually sooner depending on my schedule. I will do my best to keep you posted with when I’m working on it or if I expect any delays. If you need the artwork asap, please message me to discuss options.

✨ Design Info ✨

When selling my designs, please only sell them based off the original price you purchased them for. The value should only change based upon the purchased art work attached to said design. Work purchased through means of game currency (anything not legal tender) should not be an up charge when selling ether. 

Editing my designs in minor ways is ok, but please don’t make changes that make it unrecognizable from the original. 

Drawing/adding/changing my original artwork of the design is prohibited without permission. There are some circumstances where I can provide a PSD file, but that is only for custom designs that I’ve made for you. 

If commissioning a reference for your character or drawing one yourself using any of my designs, using the initial image I created of the design, as a secondary image on the sheet alongside your artwork is ok, but please provide proper credit.

My designs are for personal use only, not commercial. Please ask if you’re unsure of what I’d be comfortable with. 

Regarding customs, all of my art TOS rules apply to the custom design process. Please message me regarding customs. 

Changing the creature/animal the design was originally created as, you are more than free to do so with proper design credits. However, if you’re planning to transfer the design to any closed species, please ask first. 9/10 it’ll be a yes, but there are some species I’m not comfortable having my designs associated with. 

Guest Artists designs may have different rules that must be respected and may differ from my regular design TOS, please be aware and comfortable with both.

✨ Other Information ✨

Credit must always be provided when using my work as icons or when sharing it. Especially when uploading it to Toyhou.se

When crediting me for my work when being shared, please only credit my toyhou.se, despite me having both DA and Twitter. Those accounts are archived/personal use. 

I have the right to decline a commission/sale of any kind for any reason. Please be respectful of this. 

Gift art by me should never be used to up the value of a character. My free drawings should stay free if the character is being resold at a higher value than the original base price.

During the commission process, I try and keep an upbeat friendly attitude. Somewhat professional but otherwise I try and keep it casual. Please be aware of this if it may bother you.

My art/designs are in no way permitted to used in AI training or otherwise. Same goes for my art not being allowed to be used for NFTs. If you are caught doing any of this you will receive an immediate block. 

I reserve the right to update my TOS at any time as I see fit. If my TOS does not address something, ask first before proceeding.
