Ode to Ends

A sort of spin-off series regarding a character named Ode. This takes place in a crystal dimension called "The Other End."  Which has civilized life. It's not too different from a colonized world, only everything being made of crystals.

In a small village years ago, the people wanted to be one of the first mortals to somehow reach the Astral Plane, planning to use it through the use of an ancient spell. Given the state of Eitor, they figured that the time was right to use it on a volunteer, Ode. The spell was meant to seperate his consciousness from his body (Similar to an Astral Projection), so he could attempt to reach the Astral Plane, setting him in a permanent slumber. However, once separated from his body, he was unable to locate the Astral Plane and wounded up lost in between realms. His projected body soon went dormant as well... Eventually, he randomly woke up in the Other End with no memories, and a sentient Piñata named KoKo by his side.

Meanwhile, Time itself wasn't pleased with the arrival of Ode. This projected body transcended both time and space, meaning once everything eventually reached its end, this body would still be there. Time is a one-tracked mind entity that wants to be the only thing left. With Ode's body transcending it, its goals were being ruined. It had sent its messenger Juno to attempt to hunt him down. Ode's main goal is to try and wake up, or at least get out of the dimension before time makes waste of him. His original body is probably long gone, anyways...
