OWNERSHIP
- Upon completion of payment the commissioner gains full rights to the commision with the stipulations that...
- I retain the right to use the commision as an example of my work,
- My signature is not removed or distorted if making any changes to the completed commision on your own,
- If you make commercial use of the completed commission you also credit me as the original artist and supply a way for any buyers to also find me.
- The use of the finished commision does not conflict with the rules listed in the 'USAGE' section.
REFUNDS
- Up until the halfway point* of a commissioner the commissioner can request a refund with no extra stipulations.
- If the commision is not a depiction of an entity(character, location, prop, etc) owned by the commisioner the commisioner can request a refund after this point and by doing so forfit their rights to the work, giving me the full rights to it.
- If the commision is of a depiction of an entity owned by the commissioner the commision can not be refunded after the halfway point.
USAGE
- By commisioning a work from me you are agreeing to not use the finished piece to promote...
- Any type of destructive paraphilia, ex. Pedophilia & Zoophilia
- Bigotry of any kind. Including Racisim, Sexisim, Queerphobia, Antisemitisim, and Ableisim. This also includes TERF Ideals, Aphobia, and Anti-Theisim.
- Public figures who support or are involved in the previously listed items, even if the work does not specifically promote bigotry or paraphilia.

- * The halfway points for commission types are as follows:
CLEANED SKETCH = The finished sketch, before coloring is implemented.
SYMMETRY "CUT-OUT" = The Finished Silhouettes, before coloring and shading is implemented, after the shapes of all elements have been finalized.
PAINTED = The Finished Silhouette, after sketching and finalizing the shapes, before coloring or shading.

- Extra Files can be given when requested.
- I will send updates whenever a 'milestone' is reached, ex. line-art completed. This is also so that the buyer can point something out to be changed.
- Painted Commisions can't have a deadline sooner than a month out. I'd very likely be able to meet a sooner deadline but the anxiety of a looming date is something I want to avoid.

- Complex Humanoids.
- Realistic or Complex Gore.
- Nudity, NSFW, Suggestive.
- Complex mechanical characters or settings/objects.
