█ PURCHASE AND PROCESS

• Payment methods
  • Paypal is my main payment methods. I always use invoices.
  • Any other payment method can be negotiated. Paypal is the only I know.
  • I will not accept virtual currency of sites I don't use
  • I only accept USD and EURO. Any other currency must be converted to one of these two when purchasing.
  • I may accept other form of currency if it interests me.
    • For example, I can trade for physical goods that I'm looking for, art, ect...
  • Prices and type of commission may vary overtime !

• Estimate time of delivery
  • I will start only once I received the payment.
  • Artwork: It will takes some hours to a week at best. If not, a month max !
  • Design custom: This is actually unknown. I think it would depend on the complexity and how quick the inspiration comes.
• What I can/can't do
  • I basically will do anything ! From very simple and cute design to horrific and complex one.
  • I may raise the price for a complex character, or simplify the design if its not possible !
  • NSFW: Artistic nudity and extreme gore are possible. I won't do sexual theme as I am not experienced yet.
  • I am allowed to refuse a commission for any reason
  • I refuse to do hateful, Illegal or political material I won't be associated with.
    • May be accepted in a fictionnal context. please ask first !
• Process
  • To avoid mistakes and oversight, WIPs will be given. I usually show sketch/concept and then finished product by default.
  • More process state can be asked. Precise it during the purchase.
  • Unless the fault is on me, I won't edit for free a finished product. WIPs are here to prevent that, please be sure to not forget anything when doing the purchase.

█ ARTWORK USE

• CREDIT AND COPYRIGHT
  • Once purchased, I keep a part of the copyright as being the creator of the artwork.
  • I am allowed to use your commission to promote myself.
  • My art may be re-uploaded and credits are an obligation
• PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
  • My artworks are sold for personal use only.
  • To be used for commercial use, fees are necessary !
• EDITS
  • Edits can be made BUT:
    • For private use, it doesn't need my approval.
    • For public use, it needs my approval.
• RESALE [GENERAL]
  • Out of respect for me and for others, I would prefer that you do not resell the artwork for a higher price than what you get it for, but it's not an obligation !
  • The original prices and this TOS must be provided to the new buyer before purchasing.
• RESALE [STANDALONE]
  • Standalone can be resold
  • You may resell for whatever you want
• RESALE [CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION]
  • Character Illustration cannot be resold alone.
  • The art must be resold with the character. The TOS of the character applies first.
  • My artwork's price can be added to the character's price if the TOS allows it.

█ DESIGN USE

• CREDITS AND COPYRIGHT
  • Once purchased, The design is fully yours.
  • I am allowed to use the design to promote myself.
  • Credits must be provided in references, profiles and commercial use of the design. Other than that, while highly appreciated, credits are not necessary.
  • Co-owing is allowed. However, I don't take the responsibility if a fight occurs.
• PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
  • For personal use, credits are necessary. Its an obligations for references, but is an option for other cases. 
    • but gladly appreciated to be credited all the time ! Credit stays an obligation if you repost my art !
  • Commercial use are allowed, but credits are an obligation.
  • No fees for the design will be asked, I take the responsibility that the design I sold to you is fully yours.
  • However, my art itself cannot be used for such projects. Fees are necessary !!
  • My design cannot be used to create a species to resell designs as it would be considered as reselling the character twice (see Resale)
• REDESIGN/EDITS
  • Out of respect for me and your money, I would prefer that you keep my design recognizable, but it's not an obligation.
  • Any kind of edits can be made to the characters right after being purchased.
  • You may pay someone to do the redesign.
  • If edits are very noticeable, you can take credit as the redesigner, but credits to me must remain.
  • If the design is unrecognizable, you can take full credit for the design, as it can be considered as a different one.
    • I prefer that you talk about it with me first !
• RESALE
  • Out of respect for me and for others, I would prefer that you do not resell the design for a higher price than what you get it for, but it's not an obligation !
  • You may resell or retrade the character for whatever you want.
  • The design can gifted. 
  • The design cannot be resold twice or more, that's a single design. that can be owned by only one person. 
    • Creating a species from one of my adopt and reselling adopt of the same species will be considered as twice resold.
  • The original prices and this TOS must always be provided to the new buyer before purchasing/trading.
    • Extra art price can be added to the original price. But the original price must be shown (I.E. 20$ (15$ + 5$ of art))
    • If you got a character from trade and doesn't have an original price, saying you got it from trade is enough.
    • You must, as well as showing the original price, let the next buyer know if you got it via trade/free or not.
  • You can give me the design back to me, but:
    • I will not give any refund, unless I'm the one that want it back.
    • I am allowed to resell/retrade/gift them (however, i will mainly put them for giveaway if i don't want it)
