For the last few days we have been informed on things regarding Atom and the minor involved. We have gathered enough evidence to update you all.
They both seem to have a new shared account, Tamalife, which has both Atom and the minors OCs on it. The account was invited by the minors previous account, and we have a screenshot proving this to be so.
In terms of OC storage, we have seen several recognizable OCs on their page. [Here is an imgur link of several OC profiles found on Tamalife, proving that these OCs are simply being put on a new account].
Their links also show 'Crayola', another OC that was on the suckerpunch/bruhicanteven shared account. // [[ARCHIVE LINK]]
The OC Stockholm (Previously Roche) has been commissioned several times since the minor came into possession of him on the shared previous account, adding value and such. They even still own him as seen in this screenshot.
Atom himself has been seen commissioning art for Stockholm implying they are a shared OC and one the minor does not entirely own themselves (I have censored the artists work as they had no idea who Atom was):
Atom would not likely commission an OC he does not have access to.
We fully believe this to be a new shared account that is attempting to fly under the radar.
At this point it seems rather unlikely that this account hopping will stop. We recommend reporting/blocking where necessary.
In regards to the minors bulletin:
We understand how much pressure and fear there must be in a situation with a predator. But at the same time, we cannot abide by what has been going on. We worry for you, even if you think we do not. If you genuinely see Atom as a predator then please cease contact for real. All that we have ever wanted from this scenario was to remove Atom from a community full of minors.

Fishstick / Bride has made a bulletin regarding the suckerpunch (previously italy) account and his knowledge of the situation.

We know that Atom and his victim have never truly stopped communication and continued to share an account. The victim is still covering for him at this time.
From what has been said and seen Bride continued being friends with Atom after the callout and participated in trades with them while knowing they were still on the site.
And please keep your eyes out as it is likely that with this outing that Atom will account hop once again.

It has been some time since the callout for Atom (User NSA). A lot has gone on since that day and while a lot of us would like to think things have died down, they have not.
To start things off: As far as I am aware, Teef/Prez-o-dent and Toyhouse user Italy/Suckerpunch have been banned from dainties and mignyans.
This is due to some things coming to light proving that Atom to some degree is still on the site. Atom was and still is still using others to trade OCs and hold his OCs until he can return under different account names. There is a possibility he is sharing an account with the minor he groomed and is still grooming. This account is currently engaging in trading and selling OCs again.
The account to avoid would be user suckerpunch. While it is listed as belonging to one person, there is a lot of genuinely confusing evidence surrounding the account that leads to the implication that it is either being co-owned or holding OCs for Atom.
Do not contact the suckerpunch account. It is not funny to dunk on the account. I do not care if you justify it as 'harassing a pedophile', you are adding fuel to a fire and run the risk of harassing the minor involved instead.
That being said, this information is not meant to harass anyone or the victim but simply meant to highlight that nothing has inherently changed, it has just gotten quieter.
