Short (well.. in theory ajfndf) story written as a final project for my creative writing class in 2021. This is mostly non-canon in the actual story and written as is to introduce all the main characters and their dynamic.
For Halloween, goth friends Angel, Harriet, and Peter (or, as they call themselves, the Bugs) decide to drive up to the dead part of town.

Black Star and White Star send Malachi to the castle to break one of their group members out of prison, all to prove that he's worthy of joining the group. To get there, Malachi has to brave the underground catacombs.

Heavily inspired by the game "Coma" created by Thomas Brush; also includes a few references to another short story of mine called Red Velvet, which is vaguely based on the same game.

Vinn is a shy moth who wants nothing more than to learn the ways of the morning bugs. With the upcoming nectar social event, Vinn decides that he wants to try and invite a butterfly, though other moths are less than optimistic. In spite of this, Vinn is determined to show everyone that insects that are awake during the day are no different than those that thrive at night.
Short story written on November 4th, 2019. Created as practice for writing Lollipop, his setting, and his relationship with Minty.
Minty goes to visit Lollipop in his candy land home once again, but this time she notices that he seems to be feeling uncharacteristically sad.

After a fight and working their way through a snowstorm, Filter and Sounder find themselves stuck in a cabin as they wait for the storm to blow over.
