Burning Bridges

Story

A curious young girl raised in an orphanage wanders into the forest. She ends up meeting a mysterious creature with seemingly dark intentions, but it later reveals itself to be a man, a hermit of sorts wishing to scare away people from his home in the woods. The girl however is not deterred in the slightest, and ends up befriending the man- which lasts for a while, until one day, he simply disappears without warning.

The story follows this girl, now aged out of the system, as she attempts to root out the corruption thriving in her own city, accidentally stumbling upon and freeing her long-lost friend again. Together they go on escapades to expose and thwart the massive monopoly taking over their city's political system, hopefully before it's too late. Something dark is on the horizon...
