Yo! Love your characters^^ just wanted to reach out and ask what does "Cannot be transferred for any reason" mean on a character. Would I be allowed to give a design away free??... I'm confused. (This is within Bournemouth a design you gave me. I live ig don't get me wrong just... Its collecting lil atoms if dust. Love the tiba tho)
