✦ 1. General ✦

• These terms apply to all digital items and designs created by me Tinuleaf, including those released under the alias, Tinulaf-Adopts.
  
  
• Items purchased on previous platforms or prior to this update remain under the terms active at the time of purchase.
  Buyers may choose to follow the current Terms of Service if they prefer but the original terms remain valid.
  
  
• All creations are digital only. No physical products are associated with my designs and none were ever produced or shipped.
  All past sales remain final.
  
  
• Use of my art for NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain or generative AI is not allowed.
  
  
• When using any item purchased from me, please provide a clickable credit linking to my DeviantArt or Toyhouse profile.
  
  
• If you lose your files, you can contact me to request a new copy as long as you can provide a valid proof of purchase.
  Please note that I cannot guarantee file recovery indefinitely, so local backups are strongly encouraged.

✦ 2. Cutiemark Adoptables ✦

Usage

• Personal and non commercial use only.
  
  
• Minor edits such as cropping, resizing or light color adjustments (hue, saturation, or brightness) are allowed.
  
  
• Requests for heavy edits to a design/cutiemark are available until January 31, 2027, provided that a proof of purchase is presented.
  After this date, I will no longer offer personal modification services. An additional fee may still apply depending on complexity until the deadline.

Files

• All designs were originally provided in high-resolution PNG format (1800  x 1800 px) with a transparent background and no watermark.

Ownership and Resale

• If the cutiemark has never been used, you may gift, trade or resell it for the original purchase price or lower.
  
  
• If the cutiemark has been used on any artwork (personal or commissioned):

- It cannot be transferred on its own.
- It may only change ownership together with the character it was applied to.
- Its original purchase price may be included in the character’s resale price.

✦ 3. Pony Adoptables ✦

Usage

• Personal and non commercial use only.
  
  
• Minor edits such as cropping, resizing or light color adjustments (hue, saturation, or brightness) are allowed.
  
  
• Heavier edits are permitted only if redrawn separately and the design remains recognizable.

Files

• All designs were originally provided in PNG format with a transparent background and no watermark.
  
  
• Additional files may be included depending on the adoptable. These extras will be specified in the listing.

Ownership and Resale

• You may gift, trade or resell the design for the original price or lower.
  
  
• If extra commissioned artwork was included with the adoptable, you may add the commission cost to the resale price.
  
  
• Personal or gifted art cannot be added to the resale price.

Other Rules

• Breedables are allowed as long as offspring designs are original and not exact replicas of the parent.

✦ 4. Bases and Addons ✦

Usage

• You can use the bases and their respective addons for personal work, gifts, trades, raffles, reference sheets, adoptables and customs.
  
  
• Addons should be used with the base they were made for and can be mixed and matched within that base.
  
  
• You can modify the base or addons to fit your design as long as credit is given.

Restrictions

• Reselling, redistributing or claiming the base, addons or any individual elements as your own work is not allowed.
  
  
• Please do not use addons with any base other than the one they were made for.
  
  
• Using the base and addons for YCH (your character here) or commissions featuring existing characters is not permitted.

• You are welcome to create your own addons or elements to match the base for personal use or to share as freebies.
  If you share these free elements, you must provide a clickable link to my DeviantArt or Toyhouse with the credit: "Elements made for a Base created by Tinuleaf".
  
  
• However, you are not allowed to sell or distribute these custom elements for profit.

Collaboration

• Collaborations are allowed but the person who purchased the base must handle the lineart and provide the flattened version.
  
  
• Do not send the base and/or addons to anyone who has not purchased them.
  
  
  

✦ 5. TLDR ✦

• All creations are digital-only. No physical products or shipping. All sales are final.
  
  
• Credit is required via a clickable link to DeviantArt or Toyhouse (Tinuleaf).
  
  
• Use of my art for NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain or generative AI is not allowed.
  
  
• Minor edits are okay (crop, resize, light color adjustments).
  Heavy edits follow specific rules (Deadline for Cutiemark edits: Jan 31, 2027).
  
  
• Cutiemarks can be resold unused. Original Price or lower.
  Used ones only with the character they were applied to.
  
  
• Pony Adoptables can be resold. Original Price or lower.
  Extra commissions can be added to the resale price.
  
  
• Breedables are allowed if offspring not identical to the parent design.
  
  
• Bases & Addons can be used to create and sell adopts or for personal use.
  Do not resell, redistribute or claim the base/addons as your own.
  Custom elements must be shared for free and credit the Petite Base.
  Collaborations must follow rules.
  
  
• Make backup of your files. Recovery requires a valid proof of purchase.
