The people who lives in this tribe are very supportive at each other but suspicious to foreigners ; the reason is that a lot of foreigners tried to kill this tribe, just by pure wickedness or racism. Through the years, the tribe grew and evolved, and live happily before a big disaster shows up... This tribe has a lot of blood on its history.
Tiotio is a lil' community in the desert, where Charlie will stay for a while.
Tiotio is kinda like a refugee camp, where people who are blessed or needs water or anything else can stay and rest.
