I ended up not being able to man it myself, so I have joined forces with designers NikFics and zzkayscreationszz !

HyperHare

is a 3 designer run account that sells adoptables, hosts raffles, plans collabs,
and offers custom designs from 3 designers with unique visions!
We also have a Discord Server where you can suggest adopt themes,
get early updates on projects, and even curated pings to your own interests!

Purchasing my commissions or a design from me means you agree to the following terms:

• I have the right to decline any commission or sale.
• Prices are to be in USD.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. 
• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork. 
• I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, showcases, and promotional examples of my work.
• 100% of payment is to be made before project is started unless a payment plan is discussed and agreed upon prior.
• By no means are you allowed to edit my art, remove my watermark or take credit for my commissions or designs.
• Using my designs & art as NFTs, AI training or anything similar will get you blacklisted and reported.
  Terms may be updated at anytime - Update posts for changes will be created.

✮ ⋆ 🎪︎︎  CHARACTER DESIGN TERMS  🎪︎ ⋆ ✮

Ownership Rules:

• Redesigns, renaming and development of characters is permitted.
• Taking credit for the original design is not permitted.
• If design is redesigned or changed: Credit must still be given as the original designer.

Trading & Reselling Rules:

• You cannot sell the character for more than you originally bought it for
  exceptions include:  if additional art done by yourself or art you paid for/commissioned is included (this does not include free art).
• Trading & Gifting is permitted.
• Personal use is permitted.
• Commercial use can be purchased at anytime for 30% of the designs original price.

Toyhou.se Rules:

• Characters are to remain on Toyhou.se.
• Do not delete the characters profile.
  Transfer ownership of the design instead.
• You are allowed to private their profiles but I would prefer you don't.
  I like looking back at my designs :(

Design Editing Terms:

• You are allowed to request minor design changes/edits when purchasing however:
  Extra fees may apply if you request major changes after sketch phase or if you request over 4 changes.
• Editing, altering, tracing or adding to my art whether it be for redesigns or not is strictly NOT okay and is NOT permitted.
  Doing so may result in blacklist

Payment:

• Payment must be made upfront unless discussed.
• Payments are to be through PayPal Invoice.
• Refunds after sketching phase is not permitted.
• Refunds will be issued if i cannot complete your commission 

Process & Turnaround Time:

• Commission will take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month.
  During this time WIPs will be provided if requested & you will be alerted if delays occur.
• Major changes are to be requested at sketch phase.
  Any change requests after may result in additional fees.
• Once line art is completed you may only request minor changes.
  Fee will be added if you require major changes.

What You Receive:

• High Quality file of full artwork.
• Transparent versions if requested for backgrounded art pieces.
• Additional cropped versions of art pieces if requested.

Permissions include & do not include:

• Personal use only unless discussed prior.
  Commercial usage can be purchased for a 150% markup fee.
• You are not allowed to take credit for the art provided.
  My watermark/signature is not to be removed and credit must be given if posted on any social platform
• Tracing or using art to train AI will get you blacklisted.
• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) unless commercial rights are purchased.

~ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
~ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
~ I do NOT accept responsibility for you (the customer) lying to me about your age for NSFW artwork.



You (the customer/commissioner):

~ You MAY upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
~ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
~ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
~ You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable, only if it is discussed and agreed upon between the commissioner and the artist.
~ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
~ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point--contact me for info.
