HELLO HELLO how are you guys, do you enjoy TH so far? I really hope you do! I really hope to have more free time to make a full use of it myself, recently I got some really great world ideas with some people on forum and I hope to put some of them in motion when I'll get some more free time fff maybe soon.

Either way I wanted to bring up a slightly uncomfortable topic, which probably bothers some other people too, possibly in different form and regarding different things, but at the end it's about the same thing.

It's about getting closely inspired by people's ideas. Which is okay, we are all getting inspired by things we see, this is how people work, it is all about constant reproduction of things we saw somewhere else. Most of the time it's not something anyone can copyright or call completely their own in many cases, yet sometimes when the similarity is too big, you get this peculiar feeling that you saw it somewhere else, that someone got inspired a little bit too much.

What I want to say is that though in no way we are able to stop people from getting inspired by our work, in the same time it's not exactly the most pleasant feeling to see people just too closely copying our ideas, be it for original character design, whole species designs, art style, settings or, like in this specific situation, a profile design. It's possibly flattering for some people, but please keep in mind that there are hours of work and figuring things out behind every unique idea and though complete avoiding similarities is impossible, in real it must be no one else but you who should decide if you went a bit too far with duplicating what you saw as inspiration and if you are morally okay with that. Of course you can call it a coincidence and no one will ever prove you wrong, but I believe that we all have some level of conscience to be able to honestly figure out by ourselves if we got too influenced by someone's ideas. We are all human and we are all taking pride from our hard work and seeing it being taken and closely reproduced with not a single word of confirmation if it's okay or not is pretty much unpleasant.

I hope I didn't come up as rude or snobby with it, it was just something what was bothering me for some time already after I saw someone else's unique profile CSS design being copied with not much changes to it and recently I saw someone basically asking how to copy a specific, rather unique part of my own design and since there are no regulations for such things here, we are free to do as we please, I just thought I could speak to people's common sense and courtesy. Please let me know if any of the things I wrote needs any further explanation. I made sure to put it down in most honest, just simply human way possible, but in the process my point could got lost. I am pretty much open for discussion!

Hey little ones! I am lazily flopping through people's accounts, checking their outside links to their dA and tumblr accounts (not interested with FA) to see if maybe I know these people from other websites and it caught my attention that a lot of people wrote their links incorrectly and the links doesn't redirect to their accounts. So it would be cool if  you could click on your own links to check out  if they work fine, many times it's just a matter of adding http:// before the address and sometimes it's just some silly typo.I thought I'll let you know, because I know it's rare to click your own links!

I am still having lots of fun with this shit yes, thank you. ANYWAY GUYS what are you even doing with so many OCs, are you using them for your stories? Are you roleplaying them? Are you only collecting them for pretty faces?
