Characters in this folder may have a set price, but are open to varying offers.
Some characters put here might end up going into my regular oc folders, at which point they will no longer be available.

OTA Guidelines:
- Paypal offers are highest priority
- Virtual currencies accepted: DA Points, Flight Rising gems ($1:100G), Chicken Smoothie C$ ($1:15C$)
- Art offers welcome, but preferred as part of a mixed offer
- Character trades are extremely unlikely, but will be considered
