Forbidden Reaches

The Forbidden reaches are not forbidden do to some law or rule but instead Are forbidden due to the magical corruption and dark powers that plague the land.  It is the birth place of monsters and a realm of darkness. The Reach is also a place of outlaws and rouges a known location of most of the dark underground dealings of the realm. It is not a place one can travel to and not expect to get into trouble. It is a place one goes to find trouble. The corrupted magic of the place stopping form any solid attempt to raid the bandit’s towns in the area. The magic also spreads to the very land creating both radioactive location and those that are magically unstable. Places no one can cannot just walk into and walk out unchanged if not prepared. Turning into a monster or mentally corrupted. These are places of monsters or the magically corrupted. Yet there are those that have adapted to thrive in these places and profit off the rare resources inside the “dead zones”. Then there is the all mighty fear of angering the blood queen of the Dark throne. Ruler of the vampiric empire. The large empire centered around the tallest mountain of the Crimson peaks. Safety inside the fortress like mountain castle city carved in the peeks tallest mountain simples called the black heart.
