Plotties is a really fun community and one of the friendliest I've been in! They're having a contest where you can create your own Plottiesona design and keep it after the fact! I'm excited to work on mine :3

Hey all! I'm going to be participating in ArtFight 2020 on Team Spice! (I mainly chose that because everyone I know/follow picked team Sugar, which I initially was planning on tbh but I'd rather be earning points this year; not ruling out friendly fire though!)

I'm going to be focusing on 3 things this year: 1. Revenges for everyone I didn't get to last year, as well as trying to keep up with this year (I plan to attack everyone back, even if it means working on stuff post-ArtFight, but I can't guarantee I won't get burned out or need a break) 2. More anthro-style headshots to try to see if I can get back to the style I did for this one: https://artfight.net/attack/525645.not-your-pedigree Which was honestly a bit of a fluke but I like how it came out so I want to try doing more like that. 3. Finding characters who I have specific ideas for art outside my normal comfort zone (i.e. scenes, backgrounds, complicated designs; I already have some bookmarked that I'm excited for but revenges take priority)

I guess I might also look for people whose art styles I like to start revenge chains with, but the above take priority. Speaking of chains, in general I'm going to be prioritizing revenges for people who I haven't already attacked before but that doesn't mean I'm going to avoid long chains, especially if my opponent has several characters who I'd like to draw(I prefer that to repeating the same one, for the sake of challenging myself).

I'm excited for ArtFight this year! IK it isn't for another couple weeks but I'm trying to get things set up. As always, once the event starts, if you want to attack using one of my characters not listed on ArtFight, feel free to let me know either there or here so I can add them! I'm sort of going by priority with adding mine and I don't want to get the page too cluttered full of OCs without proper refs. If you ask though I'll know ppl are interested and be sure to have something up ASAP!

As for attacking back, you may have noticed I completed zero(0!) attacks last year even though I intended to attack back as many people as possible. Unfortunately, the site glitching and being unresponsive killed my motivation for that year (I'm more into drawing now so hopefully won't happen again), but if you attacked me please please feel free to message me so I can make sure to draw you something in return! This counts for last year especially, if anyone who attacked me then wants to be prioritized for art attacks. That said, only a couple people attacked me last year so prioritizing them will hopefully not get in the way of new attacks/revenges!

Anyways I'm jumping the gun here, but looking forward to this year's event!
